Shipping Policy

You can place an order at BatteryOffer website 24/7. But the all the orders are dispatched Monday to Friday during regular business hours. If the order was placed Friday evening to Sunday, it will be shipped the next Monday, unless it is a bank holiday.

Once you have placed an order you will be emailed with a confirmation that the order was received. This email notification will also contain your order number.

The freight and sipping fees are paid by the customer side. BatteryOffer is only obliged to organize the shipping process to the address stated by the customer. We use UPS Ground for most packages, although occasionally we will us USPS (i.e. if the delivery address is a PO Box). The customer is responsible for paying the freight, insurance, and other related fees.

Our shipping prices are set at a flat rate of $6 for the first item, and $5 for each additional. That’s for anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.
