Warranty

BatteryOffer distributes only new not used quality batteries that are covered by a warranty. BatteryOffer warranties all the items offered for sale to the terms that are specified on the front page of every invoice. Every item is warranted for the term of 6 months unless other terms are stated. Moreover, we offer a 30-day money back on all products that are defective or incompatible. Laptop battery items that are returned for a refund are a subject to 15% restock fee.

A warranty is not applied if:

1. The defects appeared because of improper use, inadequate installation, or maintenance
2. Actions or modifications were performed by unauthorized third parties on the customer’s request
3. The products were accidentally or willfully damaged

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

BattaryOffer disclaims any other warranties except the stated above. We are not liable to you if we are not able to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances of insuperable force, i.e. the event we are not able to control, such as floods, fires, and other actions of God.

BatteryOffer is not liable for personal injury, property damage, information loss, business conduct interruption, or other accidental or intentional damages.
